“Room was clean. But the bed was not comfortable, the hotel seemed to creak from every room and water piles were loud”

“Everything was perfect, I'm not staying anywhere else. Rooms were clean and fresh. Very quiet and the owner was really exceptional at accommodating us.”

“The water pressure in the shower was terrible. They are charging me extra for a rag that was already tore when I got to hotel. The fire alarm went off at 1:45 on Thursday morning and they couldn't get it to shut off til after 3 in the morning.”

“Breakfast was fine. Basic fare. We had an issue with our room upon check in (AC was not working). But front desk moved us immediately, even noting that they knew about that room, but thought it had been fixed, so overall no big deal. Both rooms however, the tile/LVP in the entry way was cracked and falling apart. The hotel needs a refurb. But, overall it was clean, and worked for a one night stop on our trip. Would (and very likely will) stay here again.”

“Room was neat but many stains on the floor and in the bathroom (tub and floor) . Storage lacking in the bathroom so there was an unappealing rusted wire rack that held towels and extra toilet paper roll. Staff is amazing.”

“The closet door needed to be repaired, the soap dispenser in the bathroom was detached from the wall.”

“Just a normal business hotel, nothing special but all service engage, the hotel located in freeway side and find out foods/drinks and basic staffs very easy”

“The staff, service, rooms and everything was great. But the whole hotel smelled stagnant and like vomit, especially upon entry. Otherwise, great place!”

“The entire hotel is under construction. The breakfast area, front door area and all the hallway on the third floor was under construction. No breakfast area access. The room was adequate but I stayed three nights and not once did the room get made up. So no fresh towels, no tossing out the trash. The front desk must be manned by only one person b/c I rarely saw anyone there. The TV did not work on the third night, no internet I suppose. Had to watch tv on my phone. I visit Longview three to……

“The room we were in was dirty, the air conditioning sucked, when we went out for the day and came back HOUSEKEEPING HAD DONE NOTHING BUT BRING IN SOME TOWELS FOR THE BATHROOM WHICH WERE STAINED, they did not clean the bathroom at all, did not sweep/ vacuum didn’t clean the bed or even at least leave clean linen for the bed. It was horrible the front desk staff nice, but cleanliness was 0/10”
